At nung makakuha nga ng chance makapanuod, eh masasabing nakatutuwa namang talaga yung movie...tamang kilig ganyan...tamang paasa na sana ikaw din...at tamang mapapangiti ka din namang talaga....
Pero...ito ang higit nakaagaw ng aking atensyon......
.....yung CUPCAKE nga...abay nagbake ba naman itong si Erich ng pagkarami raming cupcakes..malalaki at matatambok na cupcakes......
BAKING
Kung nabasa nyo yung kauna unahang blog entry ko, alam nyo na siguro kung ano nanaman ang umiral sa akin.....esep esep..... KOREK....INGGIT nga...hahaha..so ang ending...eh ayan na nga...internet dito at internet dun para lang makakuha ng recipe na pwedeng gawin....Unahin na natin ang .....
Chocolate Crinkles:

Ang mga Sangkap:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 pieces raw eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- Cream the butter in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer
- Whisk the granulated sugar in and continue mixing for 2 minutes
- Add the cocoa powder and melted chocolate then mix again for a minute
- Put-in the eggs and vanilla essence then continue to mix until the texture becomes fluffy.
- Add-in the flour, salt, and baking powder then mix again until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Cover the mixing bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
- Remove the cover and scoop the mixture using 1/2 tbsp measuring spoon
- Roll the mixture using your palms until the shape becomes spherical
- Roll the chocolate balls over confectioners sugar until fully covered
- Arrange on a baking tray with wax paper (each ball should be 2-3 inches apart)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the chocolate balls for 10 to 12 minutes
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool down
- Arrange in a serving platter then serve. Share and enjoy!
Ang HATOL
Ang totoo nyan, yung unang nagawa ko eh palpak...in the sense na hindi sya moist bagkus eh parang bato sa tigas na pwede mong ipukol sa kinababanasan mong tao!(hmmm makapagreserve nga at marami marami akong gustong batuhin)...At dahil kelangan kong maperpek to, ayun umulit ako at this time eh nakuha ko naman na yung tamang timpla na gusto ko..at last nakatapos ng isa...NEXT!!!!!....
Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin:
Yan nga yung first na nagawa. Maliliit sya so umulit ulit ako...
Ayan!!!! this time mas malalaki na sya...PERPEK!!!
Ang mga Sangkap:
- 2 pieces medium sized ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups Bisquick pancake mix
- 1 piece raw egg
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and gradually add the sugar. Mix well.
- Mix-in the vegetable oil and mashed bananas.
- Add the pancake mix. Continue mixing until all the ingredients are distributed.
- Fold-in the chocolate chips.
- Place the paper cups on the muffin pan, and pour-in or place a scoop of banana mixture in each paper cup.
- Put the muffin pan inside the oven and bake for 14 to 17 minutes (or until it passes the toothpick test).
- Remove the muffins from the oven and let cool by placing on top of a cooling rack.
- Serve. Share and enjoy!
